quick fix for the problem error 80048831: Turns out there is an option that will make your password expire every 72 days and if you do not remember your secret question or have other probably do not get your password you can return to accerder because msn can take weeks to respond. Since this morning I can not get into my hotmail or access my contacts on messenger, do not understand what could have happened, my fear is that someone has hijacked my account in which case it would be catastrophic.

If any of you understand this issue and appreciate your contribution that can not enter in my hotmail I'm lost in the network, probably I will choose to use a Pay-mail account that I have for some time (add-hosting) and have less problems .... I searched the forums and other blogs about the error 80048831 and other solutions to get back into my account but I found nothing useful.
Currently awaiting a response from Microsoft support team to see if I can reactivate my account or send me an e-mail activation password. I tried to fill the account information with My personal question but as usual I do not accept it despite being very exact answer I've ever written.
If this is resolved in the next few hours editare this post to inform others affected (hopefully not the only one that would be a bad sign) on how to re-enter your account hotmail and messenger.
